# Código Identificador da Substituição Tributária - Tamanho menor que o mínimo permitido

A mensagem indica que um ou mais itens da nota de venda possui o campo de número CEST menor que 6 dígitos.

Neste caso, a mensagem sempre indicará qual o item está com a irregularidade.

Para fazer o ajuste no cadastro do produto, o usuário deverá ir em:

* CTRL + P, Pesquisar o item;
* Ir em Derivações;
* Campo Num. Cest.

Por exigência da receita o num cest precisa ter 6 digitos.

Verificar com sua contabilidade qual Cód.Cest corresponde ao NCM (Classificação Fiscal) desse item.
