# CSOSN incompatível

A mensagem "CSOSN incompatível" indica que o enquadramento estadual do cliente se encontra cadastrada de forma errada.

Para isso revise o cadastro do cliente:

* Acessar o cadastro do cliente (atalho CTRL + L)
* Verificar se o cliente é consumidor final
* Alterar o CSOSN para x102

Obs.: Considerar X indicativo de origem da mercadoria (Considerando 0 = nacional, 1 - estrangeira e etc)
